Amazon shares Slip despite record Prime Day Outcomes

Shares of Amazon ticked reduced on Wednesday despite the e-commerce giant reporting its yearly Prime Day has been its biggest sales event ever.

The stock dropped 0.1 percent after closing at a record high in the prior session.
