It seems AmazonFresh competitors will not accept to go down without a fight. They won’t take the challenge hands down and that can be seen in the pricing war that Walmart has introduced. A recent research shows that Walmart are selling their groceries at a cost that is 16% cheaper than that of AmazonFresh.
According to the research, AmazonFresh has only 5% of its customers responding to the introduction of the fresh grocery service, while Walmart boasts of 25% of its customers who buy their fresh products. The difference of the customers’ response is purely based on the pricing of the products.
